MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of the St. Louis Prospects (STL PROSPECTS) Baseball Club to provide opportunities and exposure in the best possible environment while competing at the highest levels in youth and high school club baseball. The Prospects strive to meet a standard of excellence that is built on a foundation of commitment, discipline, hard work, and pride while emphasizing the importance of faith, family, academics, and baseball.
GOALS
- Provide a positive atmosphere and environment that promotes the learning, development, and improvement of baseball skills in order for each member of the club to be the best player he can be and reach his full potential
- Use baseball as a tool to develop life skills that will help make them successful in their future careers and as citizens in their community
- To be recognized and regarded as a community leader and set the example of how to operate a successful youth and high school club baseball program
- Put our players in competitive situations that help develop character, courage, loyalty, and teamwork
- Promote and focus on the importance of academics in preparing players for high school and college advancement
