It is the mission of the St. Louis Prospects (STL PROSPECTS) Baseball Club to provide opportunities and exposure in the best possible environment while competing at the highest levels in youth and high school club baseball. The Prospects strive to meet a standard of excellence that is built on a foundation of commitment, discipline, hard work, and pride while emphasizing the importance of faith, family, academics, and baseball.

We value discipline, hard work and pride while emphasizing the importance of faith, family, academics, and baseball. We believe a major part of youth sports is the journey. Our teams build and promote good character, and play with great passion and energy. We expect proper sportsmanship for all coaches, players, and families involved in our organization.
