Coach/Trainer
bio
Coach Bryan Morales brings years of playing experience, a passion for teaching the game, and a commitment to developing athletes both on and off the field.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Bryan grew up playing baseball and competed from a young age through the collegiate level. He played at Muscatine Community College, where he earned All-Conference recognition, before continuing his college career at Missouri Baptist University as a pitcher. Throughout his playing career, Bryan gained experience at multiple positions, including pitcher, shortstop, third base, and catcher, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the game.
Today, Bryan coaches both baseball and softball, focusing on building strong fundamentals, baseball and softball IQ, confidence, discipline, and teamwork. His approach is centered around meeting each athlete where they are, identifying areas for growth, and helping them reach their potential through consistent work and positive coaching.
Bryan believes coaching is about more than wins and losses. It is about creating an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and excited to improve. He wants every player to leave the field not only as a better baseball or softball player, but as a more confident, disciplined, and respectful person.
His coaching philosophy is simple: Develop the player. Build the person. Love the game.
